Customer support is a joke

Ebrunkow on

United States

The customer support is ridiculous. They had an event that they waited until the last day and then changed the event so that you couldn’t get any more event items on the last day and then send an announcement out to all players saying that the event ended at reset and the last day was just to collect rewards even though there’s nowhere that stated the item collection ended earlier than the timer countdown.

This company writes misleading event descriptions to get people to spend money for in game rewards and then change it up last minute so you don’t get the reward and their response is oh well, sorry for the inconvenience.

You have to spend money

YStanford on

There’s no way you can advance in this game. You have to spend money otherwise higher level players just keep attacking you and you can’t ever protect your base or attack back. Because they will just keep attacking you this game is trash.

Give this game a try, see if you like it
