Downloading feature doesn’t work
Although the video content is good but the videos aren’t available offline even after downloading them. It makes the studying process troublesome in low connectivity areas

Offline downloaded video issue still persists
After update, still can’t play offline downloaded videos , please fix this issue.
Reasons for failure
No Rapid revision videos of all subjects for quick revision (re revise) No image based session Needs single pdf to study a contents. Each topic each pdf in NOTES But faculty teaching is good
Total topics increased
So, problem I am facing is that after completing a subject from one teacher , the subject is not completed becoz as there is another teacher who is teaching the same subject or version of same teacher is updated . Due to that , all topics are increased overall as new topics are added in updated subjects . Therefore, it is showing only half of the subject is finished . I am getting very confused. Solve this problem asap.
Downloaded videos are not playing
The downloaded videos are not playing. Please look into this and fix the issue

But I’m not being able to access the comment section in live classes. It just shows blank. Please fix this issue
What is the point of downloads
I downloaded the videos so that I could watch when the data connection is slow. But the stupid app doesn’t allow me to watch downloaded videos without data on. Like what do you think a download is for?? It’s for offline viewing. FIX THE APP. We paid for the app, it’s supposed to help us learn. Wasting our time instead 😡😡

Lot of UI issues
Not able to view digital notes in ipad even though purchasing batch. Quiz crashes. Not able to review it properly. Images disappear. I think PW needs to bring a good IT team. Current IT team who are working on app are surely not doing their jobs. (USELESS) Want to give half start just for app developers. Faculty all are amazing.
Very bad not recommend
Very bad experience with app I will suggest to buy other apps because app have lot of bugs and customer support is very bad they are very arrogant and don’t care about your complaints
