The app dont work on iPhone X
Try this as a backup cos the original app don’t work on iphone X, sadly this app don’t work either, it don’t recognise the bluetooth even the bluetooth has connect already. Pls make update for the X.

The app is merely a control module to personalize your ZIK. Once you’ve set the functions, your ZIK will hold your personalized settings and you don't need to have the PYOUR Audio app connected.
The app will install the supported functionality in your Parrot ZIK2.0 or ZIK3 for you.
You can try the app and the full functionality for free during 10 days. During this time, the app can only be used if you are connected to the internet. If you then wish to permanently install the functions in your ZIK, you can do so via a onetime purchase in the app.
