很爛

這種破爛到底要怎麼用

無法註冊、客服快一個月才回

App 要註冊，驗證碼收不到就算了，跳出來的錯誤代碼還是程式的錯誤碼。 7/13 透過客服系統報案，8/8 才收到回覆，這服務品質擔憂啊。

超爛

之前綁定後來要移除，結果根本沒辦法登入客服完全沒反應，根本找不到人處理只有爛而已

收不到簡訊

是方便但是常常收不到簡訊，用line的客服也沒人回，請問有改善方式嗎

驗證碼收不到

不能用欸，驗證碼傳不出來，手機收不到

收不到簡訊認證

請修復

根本登不進去

簡訊驗證碼一直寄送失敗
