Q-Plus Adjustable Remote

Have not been able to use the remote app since getting my mattress and base 4 weeks ago. The base doesn’t show up in the list of Bluetooth devices. I really want to be able to use my phone to control the base!

Just bought this new bed at Costco. The app actually works the same as the remote and that’s all the expectations I had. The app is old and clunky but it works.

This was a terrible app to begin with! Then the company launches an update that breaks it! I tried all sorts of settings to no avail. I finally got it to work with my bed again by deleting the app from my phone and reinstalled from the App Store. Once your back in the app, I was able to successfully reconnect my base unit. Still a bad app, but at least I can adjust my bed again.

Recent update renders app unusable.

App connects still to frame. However, inputs are unresponsive.

For those who are having problems with the new app where the buttons won’t work. Go to settings and click on remote style and select SBKDCT and that fixed it the issue for me. You might have to select the one with 2 at the end first then back up the forts one. Once I did that the old working format returned. Hope it helps.

I was able to set it up and get it all working, but unless I missed something it wasn’t straightforward, especially selecting the bed itself, and what the bed might be called in the settings, I made a guess, and it worked. Maybe just a plainly describes paragraph would help.

The update 1-2 weeks ago completely rendered the app useless. You can select a device and pair via Bluetooth, but none of the bed control buttons are clickable. This app worked well enough to serve the purpose of raising and lowering a bed for several years. Please just rollback to the old version that worked.

As of 3/3/23, the app is broken on an iPhone 12 max running the latest version of iOS. Buttons don’t appear in the right place and tapping doesn’t do anything.

The app worked fine until they updated it not its totally useless. I email customer short and they just said “Use the remote then”. Completely unhelpful.
