Q-SYS UCI Viewer

Having updated to the most recent version the app does not make it past the UCI selection page. After inserting the password the app just crashes and closes and does not go any further, preventing use. Needs fixing.

After updating to v3.6 we can no longer see our system on the app, just a blank screen.

The latest update brought back connectivity issues with our cores. And even fewer times when we connect our values and meters are blank. Cores are running 8.4 and there is no intention to update them any time soon.

Since updating in May, our iPad can no longer be used to turn on sound in our church. Please fix so that our older iPad, which is able to take the latest iOS updates, can still be used to turn on our sound system.

Please fix!! Won’t load my main page!!! Says “downloading uci….” Then kicks off. Useless

After the update from last week, the app shows the locations but doesn’t allow you to control them. It just shows a dark green selection where they used to be red or a lighter green. Please fix soon!!

App quit working when they updated to 3.4. I know that it has to do with Apple security features. Please let us side-load the 3.2.2 app version so we can use this system again!

Broken since update, no fix and no response from the developer. Pitiful customer service

Since the end of may I have not been able to control volume and it’s ridiculous that it’s been 3 weeks and no fix. For the money you spend on this system, you think the app would work better or they would fix it quicker…
