Waited 26 minutes for the silver line at Richmond. The eta time is as wrong 3 times. Not cool.
Great app
I found out about this app a month ago. I've used it for those moments when boarding a bus and finding out that my Q-Card was missing and I really needed to get to my destination. Therefore, applying for a paperless ticket was in order. It was quick and convenient for me to get a ticket to continue my journey. Kudos Metro for being a leader in allowing your users the opportunity and flexibility of using your app. Again ahead of your time.
Always easy to use.
After having been on other trains I wonder why isn’t this app have a digital card I can scan in the train? I would say that level of accessibility will get you more ridership in the long run.
