Application works Really fine but Must have supported Apple wallet too I would really recommend that!

Can’t login even after email verification

Hope to see that the app uses the nfc on the phone and let us travel cardless.

I updated my iPhone iOS 14 after that app is not working getting error contact app publisher so kindly check and update it.

Registered but not possible to login even after mail verification. Worried if this app only to collect data. Expecting this app to be more sophisticated, and can also provide cardless entry using metro app itself . However Qatar always surprises with hi technology 👍 All the best

My app logged me out automatically and now I am unable to login back. I tried to reset my password by using the Forgot Password option but it asks for my old password which is ridiculous.

Qatar Rail Please ask your developers to test the application before going live to the public!

Please improve the app as it cannot add a simple card in data ...more over it does not show any information which is needed . Any tab you try to visit it will show error Kindly work on it .......

App is user friendly with good appearance, however the performance a lot need to improve on IOS version as it struggle to select & do any check or online top-up
