基隆海科館借車
完全沒有煞車、椅墊老舊破損、置物架有檳榔，完全不理解是一副完全沒有保養及使用的模樣，借2分鐘就決定還車，請妥善處理不然永遠不會有人想要使用
借了一台無法騎的腳踏車
很舊
爛到爆
租了一台親子電輔車，兒童座椅擦了好多遍還是黑的，腳踏車超難騎，重點是電能是壞的….一個小時收費不便宜，卻只有生鏽腳踏車功能，害我滿身大汗又浪費錢。
系統運作很差
爛！ 一群朋友同時註冊，只有一人可以租借成功。腳踏車狀況也很差。
系統故障，客服還十點才有服務，超差的！
租借了故障沒電的車，還車系統故障。還車結束都已過下一個收費級距。
