Qello Concerts & Documentaries

The video quality is absolutely terrible, in fact it’s completely unwatchable. I’ve tried every possible fix all to no avail. I emailed customer service and they could not offer a solution. I regret having paid a 12 month up front subscription as I cannot get my money back. Complete waste of money.

Quality is so so so bad on Apple TV. No way should this be sold to customers like this. It’s so poor you can make out anything. Just blurs. This isn’t a product in a shippable state. Avoid.

While all other streaming services stream perfectly in 4K, all I can get is vga quality at best from qello most of the time.

The quality of the video stream is abysmal. I have a number of the other streaming platforms and never have a video issue even at 4K. Sometimes the app works and the quality is reasonable, but most of the time is unwatchable. I will not be renewing my subscription.

Paid $19 straight up for my free week. Issues with video quality!

The range of shows is ok but you’ll get through the ones you like quick enough so one month is all you’ll need but seriously guys, do something about the video quality. It’s unwatchable rubbish. If I can stream HD movies from the other handful of services I use, why can I get that from you. I signed up again for a music binge as I’ve done a few times before but this time I canceled before the trail was even up. Fix it fix it fix it because this is ridiculous.

Playback is very sloppy Thought after 2 years it would be better. No such luck Waste of time and money

I wanted to like this app, but the quality of the video on Apple TV is just abysmal. Honestly, it looks like seventh-generation copies. You could say, “but isn’t it about the music?” Yes, but I have the albums. I wanted to see live performances. That’s the whole point of a video app. But the video is just too poor to be worth paying for.

This platform is awesome.. so many concerts and documentaries to choose from and not just main stream pop, lots of alternative music BUT it’s all in stereo ... No 5.1 surround... and most of these concerts sound their best when watching in 5.1 .. I use this subscription to find which concerts I like so I can buy them in blu ray to keep.... Hopefully they upgrade the audio soon

Got excited!! Big let down!! No legendary George Michael?? No Aussie living legend John Farnham?? Theres Mercury, Bowie, Prince, Lennon no George Michael??? There’s INXS but no Farnham?? Too scared to check for Jimmy Barnes!! Anyway no good to me without George, John, and Jimmy!! Deleted 😖😖😖
