It doesn’t support family sharing. A streaming app that doesn’t have family sharing….really?? I have several iOS devices and three family members with iOS devices. This, like Netflix, etc., should be shareable with family members. I will watch what I want to watch and then discard the subscription. If I find a few more things I want to watch, I’ll save them up and get a short subscription and then delete it again. Want to make proper, continuous income? Allow family sharing. Otherwise, it’s just an app you use every now and then and not something to either keep or recommend.
App on Apple TV is buggy
I can barely navigate the UI it’s so buggy. I can’t favorite, set list, or choose specific songs within each concert without the app bugging out and having to be reset every 5mins. Not worth the money if this doesn’t get resolved ASAP.
No background playing or Picture in Picture
Is this 2010? Like every single video app, particularly paid one have picture in picture playing. What a waste, I can’t multitask while watching concerts.

Next update should be able to play in background! Like netflix or something so i dont hafta stop listening while i txt! Only thing id want fixed! Other than that qello is the greatest! Once thats done ill gove a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good service, app has many issues
Really like the service so far, but have encountered a lot of issues using the app (iOS 13.4 on iPad 6th gen).
Whenever a concert is selected, the top bar disappears and only reappears after opening and exiting full screen mode, preventing me from favouriting a show or going back. Every single time a show is selected, browsing gets annoying very fast.
Other issue is the tagging system. Different shows by the same artist show up in different categories, making browsing the whole selection very difficult.
Would love to see these fixed, as I am enjoying the service otherwise!
Not Worth $16/month
I was excited to try this app out as I am passionate about live music. I was dissapointed to find that this app not only lacked many great artists, but the concerts of the artists it had were outdated and lacked quality.
For sixteen dollars a month, this is most definetely NOT worth it, seeing as how you can get most of the concerts and more concerts on youtube for free. The app is faulty, the app is overpriced, and the app lacks content.
