Faulty/Petty Rewards System
QiJi has a very petty rewards system. And the mobile app is not helping at all given the various bugs present. Validity of the hard earned free drink and Laksa are very short, then the rewards disappeared…very petty on the part of QiJi. The app is faulty and I cannot even claim the free drink reward…an error showed up… time to boycott QiJi and support the local small business owners selling similar food. 🤷🏼♂️
Apps does not update status of order
Although given an order number, shop do not update when order is ready for collection. After waiting for more than 20 mins, I checked with staff then realised my order was ready long ago. Apps only update and remind me for collection 10 hours LATER!
Cannot press confirm at birthday screen
"Complete your profile to start earning points" Cannot complete profile because confirm button at birthday selection screen cannot be pressed. Basically app is unusable, a simple fix will solve the issue. Developers do take note.
Staff is not equipped to manage orders
Placed an order using the app and I waited for 30 minutes until I decided to approach the counter. Lo and behold my order is ready for pickup but the app still shows Processing. App itself is buggy. Made several attempts to add my credit card, editing the order fails multiple times (only solution is to empty the basket and start over). Overall, this app is a half-baked solution to entice customers into getting on the rewards program at the price of subpar user experience. Order in store, folks.

What’s the point of encouraging customers to use the app when people who order from the counter can get the food way faster? waste of my time
Most outlets “closed in app” oftentimes
This app is supposed to entice and encourage customers to order online via app and earn rewards. However , there are little opportunities to earn the rewards as most oftentimes most of the outlets will appear be to “closed” in the app albeit they are open. Hence, this app really makes no sense and is irrelevant to the customers.
Buggy app, unable to order
Can login but can’t make any order. Tried re-login but same result.
cant even add birthday
what is the developer even doing……. the app don’t allow me to add my birthday and i can’t even complete my info to earn points 🤡🤡
