QiQ-APP

So this worked well earlier but now it seems they are frauding people. They still have restaurants on their app that are not working with these guys anymore. And when you order they just disappear with your money. The actual restaurant never receives your order. Stay away!!

I updated the app on May 31st 2023, before this it worked perfectly. Now it will not let me order any food, it’s telling me I need to verify my phone number but it’s not sending any codes, fix it please

Quick delivery and great customer support as well, using from some time now.. will definitely recommend

I ordered from sundae scoops, 10 if even minutes away from my destination. Over 2 hours never arrived , took money and scoops closed. Still waiting.

Took 45 minutes for the restaurant only to receive and accept my order. Plus making the food and the delivery time, it was more than 1 hour. I’m all about supporting local, but I’m also very hungry and I don’t want to wait 1 hour for food

2nd time using this app after an absolute disaster the first time and a 2.5 hr wait for cold food .. a year and a few updates later I thought I give it another go. The developer is local so would like to support. Here I am again waiting 2hrs for delivery! ETA for delivery should be advised before you confirm order to at least give you the option to collect instead. There is nothing QiQ about this service and Unfortunately I won’t be using this app again.

App is too buggy, payment specially. Having a really hard time using it.

Horrendous service, the first order I made took over 2 hours to be delivered and the food was cold when it got here and the second didn’t even arrive however they were quick enough to accept the payment! The restaurant had closed and I didn’t even have anyone to contact! Extremely annoyed and will not be using again!!
