App crushes
The app crashes during pay or do any transaction from week ago till now, I think it happened after the last update of iOS Many person have the same complaint. You must take an action for this problem

Wallet is Not Working Since 3 Days till now without any reply or any solution from QNB !!
Its not Working since 3 days , when you try to recharge or pay bills of Telecom Co , or Sending Money , the App suddenly Crash and take you out .. i have send an email to QNB with no Reply after contacting customer services who told me that the app is working fine .. moreover i have a friend who experienced the same issue too .. if this persists i will not use this App Again and go for Instapay which works perfectly

Dear Team It will be easier to send money if the copy & paste option for numbers that are not in my contacts activated The sender number doesn’t appear when I receive money In general the e-wallet app needs more features & updates
Bugs everywhere,
Well let’s talk about functionality kinda smooth in some but not all functions , I like the idea that you cannot auto copy paste, dimming on hold security protocols to avoid direct output from background. The other thing that we are really suffering from is that you find bugs everywhere in the external services , loggin and hard resetting process. More useful service needed .
