The app is flawless, the worst thing ever to do is transfer money from it, taking so much time, i texted and called customer support, 0 help about my transfer. My money transfer is still under processing for over 2 weeks and no one is helping……

You can't find anything easily. Mostly, you will close the application and talk to customer service.

Your stupid app says my device is jailbroken! Apple should reject this update and even remove it. Reported to Apple already.

The app uses private APIs to check if developer mode is enabled on my device. When the app detects this, it stops working, which violates my privacy.

This version didn’t working with IPad and asking for update and no action

Every time I want to open the app it asks me to update the app to the latest version and it forwards me to the App Store to find the surprise, I have the latest version of the app!! There is no updates there on the App Store to be downloaded! And the app doesn’t asked me to update it and refuse to login

للاسف البرنامج لا يعمل مع الآيباد ، و لا يوجد برنامج خاص بالآيباد داخل مصر ، و عند الدخول يقول انه يوجد تحديث ، و عند البحث عن التحديث نجد نفس النسخة ، ارجو الاهتمام بالمشكلة ، و تفعيل حفظ اسم المستخدم و كلمة المرور بالآي كلاود ، و لكم مني التقدير و الاحترام .

Each time I try to login into my account I did not even allows me to load, each time there a bugs, glitch, system errors, needs to be fixed, try to make user interface more updated as well, like other banking mobiles apps
