I have been using QOO10 many years ago on my very first purchase online app. Deleted once before, after the platform become unfriendly. Download back, the platform even more worst compared to previous. Second time delete again.

The interface is difficult to use. It asked to select the primary address, should just let us choose which address to be used instead of clicking into the address and set it as primary address. It took me quite some time to figure out, there isn’t any tip to guide me how to do. And the payment is also confusing, I still have money in my account, it can’t be converted automatically into the correct currency and use it directly, I have to go to setting, changed the currency setting and go back to the cart page and repeat the buying process again and again, waste of time!
Very difficult to make payment. Already talked to customer service and no action about my order

Using the platform is as painful ever from their seller to their supports to their user interface. It is so hard to reach out and find the supports when needed, every enquiry takes 2-3 days some even 7 days. Took me a good 1 month to be able to process to my refund, the best part? The refund can only be done via the web not app, as a customer, i had to find out by making a call to the call center! Dear developer, it is 2021 have you tried the like of lazada and shopee? Why are you pushing all the hassles to the buyers? Will never come back to this app again!
I have been dl this app for few years ady. But I don’t really shop with this app because it’s super not user friendly and so messy all the pages so difficult to navigate.
Qoo10 has a lot of sellers who never respond after received purchase orders. To make worse of shopping experience, Qoo10 responds to buyers’ complaints extremely slow. Qoo10 has bad filtration procedure on accepting sellers to sell on its platform.
It is the least unfriendly setting for the user to register the delivery address and add credit card for the purchase. Hope to see improvement.
