Not sure if it is just our local high school that aren’t updating their information. Frustrating to be be able to access current year relevant data we require. Other schools we’ve attended have used Compass, which is easy to navigate and has everything in one place and is up to date with relevant information.

I can no longer use this app well. Every time I try and read a school newsletter the app freezes and I need to shut it down. Can’t seem to get past this unfortunately. Maybe it needs updating to latest iOS?

QParents and Qschools - Why have multiple apps? Should all roll into one app. Subpar chooses by your app developer. Additionally the UI and UX is so bad I feel like they’ve produced this as part of a prep homework task.

Ive only just opened this app and the information that is available, news letter notifications and I’ll learn more as I go along

Today is 4 April and nothing about COVID-19 has been posted under ‘Departmental alerts, important messages’.

Makes the schools lazy in alerting parents to activities etc. There are no alerts to let you know there are new docs. You just have to keep checking. As a full time worker, I've got better things to do than check the app every day. Tiqbiz runs rings around this POS. Also, new colour scheme is next to impossible to read.

I get the red notification at the landing page but when I go in to see what the notification is there are never any to view! I can’t wotk out why. A few other parents have had the same issue. This is for Centenary Heights State High School, Toowoomba.

Probably could be a good app, if used to its full potential, however notifications are frustrating, it is showing I have 21 notifications, go into the school and it show 6, drill down further and have no clue which subcategory I should be looking into for the said notificstions 🤷‍♀️

I like the App - I like how you can set your child’s school as a favourite and access all info as required for the school term or year. Very user friendly and accessible

No problem at all. Easy to use and I love it! If I want to check the calendar, no need to go to the school website. Everything is perfect. I hope I can receive notification next time!👍👍👍👍👏👏👏🌈🌈🌈😍😍😍👀👀👀⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
