Worst app
App crashes … no proper displays… subscription management does not gets updated. Payment updates issue. Worst customer support
Still long long way for app refinement
App does basic job at most. I have nearly 8 smart plugs for which app can’t display current status of plugs at all. For this I need to close and re open plugs multiple times to check whether it’s working or not. Pathetic even after multiple calls to customer care they can’t fix this issue. Simply waste of money on Qubo plugs now
App is too slow
The app is too slow. Needs serious improvements. Stops responding after every few days. I will not recommend to buy Qubo devices because of their slow app.
Smart Plugs
Smart plugs are able to work on the app but the options like adding routines, controlling via Alexa or google home would be good

My qubo 9w smart bulb auto disconnects everyday
App not working
Time and again asking for 2.4G wifi when my wifi is 2.4G. Cannot connect the app to the purifier
UX is not good enough
Product is good but the app needs a little upgrade.
