App clearly states R100 off first order. However when I checked out it says ‘Promo code no longer valid’. Waste of time and misleading!

This was an amazing App and the staff was absolutely amazing. They have amazed me numerous times. Unfortunately since DisChem got their own pickers it all gone haywire and the service just dunk into the sand. Such a shame. Unfortunately ill never use Quench services anymore as its just gotten to unproductive and impersonal.

The app itself blew me away! Major upgrade to what it was however I am unsure why the pickers/drivers need to WhatsApp message you to get your address? Apparently they don’t see your address on their side - think improving the seamless customer journey will take this app to the next level. Oh! Also continually change the recipes on offer so it adds more variety to what people are ordering! Love it!
Good day, First the dissapointments: 1. The app does not allow sufficient time to select an alternative item in cases of “ no stock” items, what if you really need to replace the item, eg. Free Range Boneless & skinless chicken thighs as well as drumsticks both being out of stock… 2. The tray of jumbo eggs was packed right at the bottom of the Woolies bag, surely the packer should know that eggs cannot be packed at the bottom? This resulted in 1 egg to be broken… next time it could be more than 1 broken egg… 3. The brown bread was also packed right at the bottom of another Woolies bag & the bread was squashed on the sides, thus it cannot be used for sandwiches. Could you kindly provide the staff training on Correct method of packing pls. Plus Points: 1. The app was not difficult to use but could be a little more user friendly, but overall not bad. 2. I like that we are not restricted to order only a certain quantity, so there is no need to physically visit the store in a hurry. 3. I received a call immediately after placing my order, thus the communication is great. 4. Even though I was told per telephone that my order will take 2-3 hrs to be delivered, I received my order within 1 hr which is excellent. However, I have mentioned per telecom that I would appreciate if my order could be delivered not more than 2hrs wait, since I required certain items urgently. It would be great if time slots could be allocated for customers to select delivery times, as we might not always be at home. Overall it was a good experience & I would definitely use this service again. Thank you very much for being so accommodating & I wish you great success in your business.
I have been waiting for over 2 hours for an order. And the store i ordered from is less than 2km away from my house. Their support line is off
The search function is very basic and don’t pick up several requests. Packed orders are often squeezed and damaged due to a rushed job. Feedback facility could be more direct and effective with swift return responses.
Was quite disappointed. Ordered at 11am and order only arrived after 6pm. Herbs wilted. Pity - would have been nice if we could of der Woolworths at the same speed and efficiency as Checkers Sixty60.

Such an awesome app! Delivery is quick. But don’t like they certain items always show ‘out of stock’ (they are never in stock- but if you go in store they are there)
