Trick:
While typing the petition, press ' . ' (full stop) and start typing the answer to the question you are going to ask. When you are done press ' . ' again to record answer. Whatever you type between the two dots is not shown on the screen!
Example: Please answer .Izzy.ery - What is the name of Susan's dog?
Answer: Izzy
Example: Please .34.er the query - What is John's age?
Answer: 34
