As a software developer, I’m happy to share this new version is amazing. The previous app was filled with some bugs with bad UX. Thank you as well for incorporating Apple Pay. As an heavy user of mobile apps for restaurant, this is the best so far.
It is always a pleasure going in , staff in always friendly. Food is Fantastic, the burritos are top notch! Could not recommend it enough.
Like the title says, the food is great and app works fine, but it takes an incredible amount on app purchases just to get a free regular burrito. There’s also rarely if at all deals or discounts compared to other restaurants.
Can no longer assign names in group orders. Email receipts have to be printed in landscape format. It messes up favourites where you order more than one burrito. My wife and I always order the same stuff but I have to order from scratch since your app doesn’t handle it anymore. Go back three months and use the version you had then.
Not bad in-app ordering experience but I'd like to point out a few things that I see as deficiencies: - could not add notes to a burrito (specifically a Mexicano Regular) - cannot select more than one salsa (me and my wife like a combo of 2 or 3 typically) - could not select a hot sauce for a burrito bowl - could not upgrade the size of the queso portion for the Chips & Queso add-on - could not specify extra refried or black beans Fix these and I'll be happy to improve my rating.
they have no way to use your points on the app, which is the only place you can see your points, you press “redeem” and as soon as you click “checkout” it changes from using your points, to paying full price, customer service just keeps telling me to redownload the app, which i’ve done 5 times, now they havnt gotten back to me about it after i showed a video of it happening in the email. EDIT: THEY LISTENED, APP WORKS, CAN REDEEM POINTS FINALLY, THANK YOU
App works pretty decently. Have had issues in the past, but seems to be working better
I got charged a tip without an option nor the price of the tip. Also, the kids menu just had chicken and no option for sauce or veggies in it and it was super Plain.
Edit: please quit changing things. Why do I have to choose a sauce now to be able to order? IM VEGAN I don’t want a sauce. I order every Thursday and this is new this week. The “No thanks” button is gone. So frustrating. The new app works much better. The only thing missing is a place to write a comment for your order.
