Quest FAQ

Yes, Quest is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Quest legit?
🤔 The Quest app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
quest is definitely a necessity esp for busy people— from getting things done urgently to earning on the go.
managed to earn $20 from simple <20min work, and also managed to get urgent tasks taken care of asap.
eg! needed my bicycle pumped on the spot, posted on quest, and the guy came to my house to pump it within that day.
plus, no need to worry abt scams cuz ur money is locked in the app.
quite a hassle free experience. would totally recommend.
ALSOOO can earn from referring also so really good way to get ‘free money’ essentially
Amazing app
Helpful heroes on the app! Never fails to work when needed.
fast & efficient way to earn + get help
i like how i can get help fast on things that i really need to get done. some quests also help me to earn some pocket money :)
frustrating to use
i'm a user since the app is released.
back in the early stages, there arent (many) ads and heroes/citizens can communicate without much restriction.
i understand that the app is trying to make money, but the number of ads is getting a little too irritating. morever, it seems like citizens can only reply to an offer after accepting it. what if the citizen just wants to ask more questions to the hero without confirming the deal?
not sure whats wrong with the app now but its laggy to use after 10+mim. my phone will overheat and the whole app will crash. last time not like that...
No User Experience
Great potential but frustrating with the payment and strict rules, things that used to be free are now restricted unless you pay. Feels like you care more about profits then user experience.
Understand that you need to make money but approach feels too aggressive and just not worth the money.
Overall - imperfectly brilliant
This platform really understands how the younger generation thinks and its really open to any improvements that you can make/ that the users suggest. It offers pretty up-to-date.
The platform has pretty up-to-date functions that’s pretty updated and easy to understand by the younger generation.
Long overdue update
I think it’s time for the app to think about whether the users want to receive a lot of spam notifications or not. Some of us don’t want to do quests or be on standby for new quests , so the fact you can’t turn off notifications for nearby quests or blast notification is frankly a bit annoying. Some of us only want to post quests and receive notifications for when someone makes an offer on your quest.
It would be kindly appreciated if the dev team could enable notification filter. Unless you’re forcing us to receive the blast notification because you’re charging the 10 sgd for blast notification and you’re treating our notifications as an ad space. I think this technically violates Apple AppStore tnc.
Great platform for all sorts of Jobs
This is a fantastic app for finding people to help with odd jobs. Whether you need someone to fix something around the house, do yard work, or assist with a move, the app makes it simple to connect with skilled workers.
What really sets Quest apart is its focus on safety. Users go through thorough identity checks and background screenings, so you can feel secure hiring someone. The app also has a transparent review system, so you can see others' experiences before making a decision.
Communication and payment are handled within the app, adding extra peace of mind. The interface is easy to navigate, making it quick to find and hire help.
If you looking for someone to complete quest
Hard to find the write one as many people apply and you cant chat with them till offer is accepted. Then usually after accepting the user cant hit the requirement and you need to re post everything.
Faulty app
I can’t verify my account as it is in use and can’t send a mail because it relies on the default mail app which I don’t use. Faulty app flow makes this extremely annoying.
Also the app is filled with many stupid listings.
