Booking through QueUP apps is only applicable for selected services at the Headquarters, Department of Immigration and National Registration.
Current services applicable are:
Smart identity card section

Visa, Visit and Diplomatic section
- Application for extension of visit pass

hi , i try to reset my password it says it send the new password to my registered number .. i try 3 times but i don’t received any msg for the new password

been trying to access using my username and password but can’t get thru, tried to reset password also cannot, make a new acct it says email already in use.

Nada slot open / slot shows cemana kan membook? For immigration section.
App does not even show next available dates.
This QueUp app is practically useless. You cannot even book a time in advance and you still need to contact them. And even if you book a specific time, you will still get called at a later time. This does not solve walk-in problems at all.
