Easy to use app
Only on day 2 so far but clear instructions and like the exercises Got to day 3 and had to pay £9.99 to continue to access rest of exercises, very disappointing should be made clear at the start, however I have decided to go ahead as it’s cheaper than the gym subscription ☹️☹️☹️

First two days - nice amount of time to fit in to daily routine.
