Quick Ride- Cab Taxi & Carpool

There’s room for improvements in app, but they deserve 5 stars for their contribution towards environment. Hope more and more people share their rides in future.

It is a useful product but the UI and UX is horrible. I need to use the app but I absolutely using it. I don’t know why they don’t improve it. It has been the same since 2018.

Please do needful ASAP in the last night update done

The QuickRide is amazing. The service is punctual, the drivers are polite and safe drivers. Much much better than Uber or Ola.

It was my 1st time used quick ride and the experience was good and also we these people are solving 3 things for us 1. Quality of service which includes clean + time 2. Assurance of ride 3. Good and friendly drivers 4. Better rates then Uber , Ola other services Hope they do good and great and make the service more user friendly.

Stop updating so recklessly

Not a good UI while driving it should automate i missed multiple pickup request as a person cannot be mobile while driving, route option selection is not manual and many more

Please fix your bug on Iphone. I am getting a ride request but unable to approve. Nothing happens after accepting. It keeps showing pending request and i keep accepting multiple times.

Destination address bar could be widened to enable complete address visibility. It gets stuck on first few characters and one could face a problem with duplication of address ( buildings with similar names in different locations within same city )

Location details on maps are not the same for rider and ride taker and hence causes confusions and problems . It should show the same place for pickup/ drop to the rider and ride taker to avoid confusions and wasting of time .
