I start to do a task and the screen will go complete white and not let me do anything, so I’ll have to close the app and restart it for for it to do it again EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

I am to download the app onto my iPhone 6. But when I select it to open, it immediately shuts down. It goes back to my home screen. Any idea why this is? Maybe my the OS on my phone can’t handle it?
We get an unrecognized operating system error when we try to use SSO and Duo. Unfortunately, QuickBase is doing something nonstandard and hasn’t fixed the issue. So the app is worthless to us since we can’t login.
I would love to develop more of my forms for mobile and really advocate for mobile use but since my organization enables SSO the login process for the mobile app is horrible. You’re pushed through the additional approval app and then when it tries to redirect to the app the authentication never takes. I then have to re-authenticate to access. If Quickbase developed a way for realm admins to enforce Quickbase passwords for mobile users vs SSO we could leverage apples ability to store and auto fill passwords or even use FaceID possibly. This would be a game changer and I would develop for mobile much more often. Also where is the new logo and colors??
This app is being used by the city of New Orleans to schedule residents for their Covid vaccine injections using several locations. I’ve tried twice to register and there’s always an error about a unique response and to call the system administrator. I have been unable to save my one-page registration because of the above error. I contacted customer service, but they weren’t able to shed any light on what the problem was, and both pieces of correspondence seem to be automatically generated. There isn’t any provision to create an account and a passcode at the beginning of the one page form. After a second (failed) attempt, I ultimately deleted the app, and will utilize other avenues to get Moderna #2 into my arm. Apparently this app receives rave reviews due to its functioning as a platform for professionals and the associated bean counters to stay informed with the inner workings of their companies, wherever they may be. The creation of a system to register certain subsets of the general public, as well as to avoid registering excessive numbers of citizens to finite time slots is a logistical nightmare. And the supply of adequate supplies of vaccine is not guaranteed from week to week. I hope I am an isolated case within the pool of Louisiana residents seeking to get their first and / or second vaccine doses scheduled in a timely manner. Some of our elderly folks that have limited exposure with today’s devices and the internet may feel the need to crawl under a rock when they deal with this app. Since this app is a paid subscription to many who use it, I’m confident that one of the brainiacs who wrote the code will be able to conceive a workable solution, starting with giving a more specific reason for the error code, if any. When I tried to text the details of my problem tonight, I was informed (with red typeface) that there was a 250 character limit. I saw no details of a 250 character limit when I started texting, and there was no counter that I saw on the interface anywhere to let me know such. So that long note is in the cyber graveyard.

The tool is very easy to use and navigate, however the process of having to save and then go back in and edit to save an attachment is time consuming and cumbersome. While there still needs to be the ability to attach files it would also be great to have the ability to add a snip or screen shot of an image directly to the entry.
I am a little frustrated because I have difficulty signing on in the app it seems like once or twice a week. Closing and restarting doesn’t work. Turning my phone off and on doesn’t work. It’s literally just a guessing game some days of it will work or not. The app is great, it replicates my PC experience with a mobile friendly experience. It’s intuitive and works well, when I can sign on. It’s especially handy when I need to reference something or make quick changes.
Hello, Great Quickbase version, but On Mobile app, Native buttons ( Widget button bar) (Main page ) are not working Text is OK but button colors are not working on mobile app, there's something you guys are working on... Thanks in advance.
