Worst charging experience
This is the worst experience for something so straightforward that has been around for a long time . Right from instructional layout at the charging station, the smallest QR code to download app which doesn’t work to payment kiosk that hangs, leaving my car stranded in the carpark over the weekend. There is a Hotline, guess what, only operates Mon-Fri during Office hours! Absolutely the worst App experience and zero operational consideration for their clients! How do landlords even allow them to operate in their facilities!!!
