I've been waiting for something like this. What a great app.
I need to make an addendum because of an unfavourable review which is inaccurate. This app is great because it does what a lot of apps are now charging for. Subscription based models, which I detest, are all in vogue at the moment. With this app, you select from a choice of equipment (that you have) or just body weight or body weight and a chair, etc. You then choose intensity level and duration. The app then chooses a list of exercise for you to perform. They are randomly generated so you don't get bored. Just great!
useless app that has nothing
all it is is a list of their paid apps. you select which one you want to buy. nothing else!

This app generates challenging workouts even with limited equipment.
Very app - improvement over the individual equipment apps
recommended but I have lowered my rating because there have been no updates in the last year
I like the ease at which you can build a routine using whatever equipment you have available. If you made the following improvements it would certainly be a 5/5 (this may look like a long list but the app is highly usable even without)
(Biggie) More audio prompts (even a beep every 5 seconds would be an improvement) (better if there was a voice prompt with 10 seconds left letting you know the next exercise)
Allow manual selection of an exercise. The left swipe is easy in most cases but adding the ability to just manually select would be beneficial
allow all videos to be downloaded at once. I don't always have internet access and it would not be a good experience if it prevented a workout
Allow the user to mark exercises that they really don't like. My wife has knee issues and she can't do many of the squat exercises.
Allow multiple users to track separately on the same device (make it a competition)
Sync results between devices
Sync with a more wholistic health app
Integrate results with your other apps
Allow custom excel isles to be added
Improve the logic in determining the rest time between exercises (10 seconds is reasonable when switching between lat pulls and push-ups on trx but it's not enough to transition to an exercise that requires your feet to be strapped in...)
