You can spend 20 minutes on a survey then it doesn’t pay you, and says you dont qualify. 20 minutes can be 100 or more questions. I think they are scamming people so they don’t have to pay people to do the survey. Zit should be only a few questions to see if you qualify not 15 pages with 15 or more questions on each page to see if you qualify. That is not right, not cool, not ethical. Horrible
Not getting paid
I just finished a twenty minute survey on automotive issues and just as I was going to submit the survey, I got a notice that I wasn’t the right fit. They got all the information and I didn’t get what was promised.
Forget this app! They want a pic of your driver’s license
I have been using this app for years. It has progressively become terrible. I questioned why all of the sudden I couldn’t do more surveys. I was told I needed a picture of my driver’s license and more. Any app that wants in depth information is something to stay away from. Beware!

Used to be the best
This ap was by far my favorite, however it’s so far from what it used to be. This was the most consistent and fair of the survey apps, but all of a sudden it became a bait and switch ap. Ie: it says $5.00 for a 10 minute survey, but 25 questions in it says “great news you’ve qualified for a 45 minute survey for $0.25.” Okay but what happened to my $5.00 for what now has been a 15 minute survey. So, you’re forced to click cancel because lord knows we’re not hanging out for 45 minutes only to be rewarded $0.25. Save your time and sanity and use a survey ap not related to dynata.
Update made this app terrible
I have been using QuickThoughts for years. This was my favorite app to use until this last update. When you choose a survey it states it is a set amount of time but it is not and it now is like all the other terrible apps that make you waste 10 minutes jumping from survey to survey and then oh we found a survey. What have I been wasting my time on if this wasn’t the survey as advertised. I will not use this app until it is fixed.
Disappointed
I used to enjoy taking surveys. But no longer. After the recent update, I was unable to log in to my account, the app occasionally will appear to be somewhat unstable, and trying to get an email to reset my password is repeatedly unsuccessful. I even tried to send an email to support through the website, to no avail. I need answers, as I had some rewards built up. As it appears I have no way of contacting support. At this point, I lost respect for quick thoughts.
Can’t log in
I have been using this app for years and loving it. For the past several days I have been unable to log in using my email and password. I have sent 3 messages with no response. I have tried to reset my password and am unable to. HELP!!
Horrible customer service
Been unable to access my account since April 6. I have tried to reset my password but no reset email received. I emailed customer service but no reply. I found an old email and sent my question there. I was told to send them the information and screenshots, but have yet to hear back or have the issue resolved.
Update: now they aren’t even responding to my emails. This is the worst company I’ve dealt with. I reported to BBB. But since this is a legal issue (they owe me money), BBB can’t do anything. I’d hate to have to lawyer up over $10 Not only do they make a habit of suspending accounts and accusing the user of fraud, they are fraudulent themselves. After months of back abs forth for a payment, they finally agree payment is due. Three weeks later, payment still not received. Stay clear of this one
Needs work
So I have had the app for years and was able to cash out about $40 in gift cards last year. This year I was up to almost 70. However last week, when attempting to log in, the app said I had the wrong password. When I typed my email in to receive a reset link, I received no response. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and even emailed customer service about the issue, but as of today still no word. Frustrating for sure since I am sitting on 70 plus dollars worth of gift cards I can’t even access. At this point I would be fine if they just sent me the balance in a gift card and I permanently deleted the app.
