Having only developed tinnitus a few weeks ago, my mental health was dragged to a vicious cycle of despair and darkness, after endless hours of googling I came across Julian’s story and decided to download the app, in three days alone my mood has shifted and I’m finally accepting where I am and trusting I’m on the right path and not alone in this journey. Thank you ever so much for sharing your wisdom , I really was so scared and desperate the past three weeks and I finally feel my life can continue and I can look at this differently and use some helpful tools.
