Quikplow

I got no responses to my request for service. Maybe there aren’t enough servicers in my area. Whatever the reason, this app did not help me find anyone to clear my driveway. I erased this app from my phone. Maybe one of the other apps will help me find service.

For the past year I’ve been asking about some simple enhancements, like the radius search for jobs is 20 miles for the minimum currently. I’m not driving upto 20 miles for a job with fuel prices the way they are, never mind my time. Worse yet, I did a job nearby last month that I never got paid for. Not doing this anymore. Quikplow is not an honest business.

The app was easy enough to use, but doesn’t offer in-app messaging or indication of how long the service provider will take to arrive. Also, after having a service accepted, there’s no guarantee it will be completed. Today, five hours after accepting, my request was placed back into a pending acceptance state. The only way to contact the Quikplow by phone leads to an unanswered phone with a full mailbox, so there’s no support for immediate issues. Overall a bad experience.

The app was great to use. I got someone assigned to me quickly, I wish there was an option to see estimated time of arrival because if I needed someone quicker it wouldn’t have worked out because I was serviced 4 hours after I was accepted. That would be something to look into adding. Location: greater GR Michigan

Why do I have to submit a card number before seeing any form of price estimate? That’s wack.

It’s a total pain to find a one time plow especially when you are new in the area this makes that so easy! Love logging in, quick form and bam someone gets rid of the snow!

I tried this out last year and could never get anyone to come out. I thought I would try again this year. I submitted a request and it was accepted, but shortly there after it was cancelled. I contacted support and never heard back.
