Quintext

Published by: Noah Daniel Stein

Description

Quintext is a free daily word puzzle. Each level is a 5x5 grid starting with some letters filled in. Your goal: complete the grid so all rows and columns make valid 5-letter words, crossword style. The words will be the same horizontally and vertically. Each puzzle has a unique solution.
While playing, you see real-time feedback about which rows and columns have valid words or parts of words. If you get stuck, tap the buttons to reveal additional letters or show all dictionary words which fit in the current row or column.
In addition to the free daily puzzles, a one-time in-app purchase unlocks a library of over 50k additional puzzles with a wide range of difficulty settings. These are available offline for the lifetime of the app and can be shared with other players who have unlocked the library.
For colorblind players, this app responds to the system-wide Differentiate Without Color setting.

Fun addition to my daily puzzle challenges. The goal is to complete a 5x5 grid with words across and down. Some letters are prefilled, you have to guess the rest. Not always easy. Don't be afraid to use the dictionary or reveal a letter.

Fun and challenging!

Just downloaded and played the first 3 puzzles. Quintext is different from any other word puzzle I have tried. Challenging, and I’m still at the easy level. Well-designed: you can go it alone or ask for hints if needed. Try it, you’ll like it!

I love the Quintext word puzzle APP. You get a free puzzle every day. But if you want to play more, you can buy a collection of puzzles for only $1.99. The best feature for me are the two buttons at the top that give help if I am stuck. I also like that you can choose the level of difficulty you want in the puzzles. It’s fun and makes me think.

Very fun!

This is a quick, fun little game which I have been greatly enjoying. It feels a little bit like a cross between a crossword puzzle and Wordle.
