Update 17 Sep 2021: I’m almost 8 months without a single cigarette and can’t be happier about it. Thanks, Kwit, for reminding me every day that I made the right choice. Previous review: Generally, very well done, but some gaps in functionality are quite odd. For example, it seems you can only write down the “mood” once a day. There’s no option to add this several times a day (the button disappears). The next best thing is to add a memory, but that’s not quite it. Also, the emotions presets are just limited to five: not enough! What about feeling tired, depressed, lack of energy? Or just feeling normal, bored, unenthusiastic? Plenty more examples on the spectrum of human emotions. Edit: dear developer, thank you for your educational response. While I found the information useful, and I will continue as you suggested, I thought it probably couldn’t be considered common knowledge. Perhaps some additional notes could be added to the app, clarifying some of these points for people to have a better understanding on the correct approach?

I don’t know... but for me, personally, this app helps a great deal. It gives insight to things you’d never think about. Fabulous! Very grateful! X

L’application demande en permanence que vous payer un abonnement hors de prix, à chaque fois que vous ouvrez l’application. Finalement c’est juste un compte à rebours, tout le reste est payant, à ce demander si le but est que vous arrêtiez de fumer ou juste capter de l’argent. c’est désinstaller pour moi

Pas vraiment de plus majeur par rapport à l’appli de Tabac Info Service qui est gratuite. Et j’ai mis deux à cause de ce harcèlement pour acheter l’application. C’est la 3e publicité en 3 jours, je désinstalle.

Bonne application qui m’a aidé d ne mon sevrage. Elle est simple d’utilisation et assez complète en version gratuite. Par contre trop de sollicitations pour passer à la version payante Je recommande

Cette application m’a vraiment aidé pour arrêter de fumer. Nombreux compteurs motivants, trophées, cartes motivation, suivi des substituts, exercices de respiration, articles informations…

70 euros ??? Des barres !!😂😂

Une appli arrêt de tabac payante c’est franchement bof sérieux… si non pas mal fait
