I wanted to write a review on this app after just a few hours smoke free, that’s how sure I was that I’d quit for good. Instead I thought I’d wait for the 6 month milestone, so you’d all know it was a genuine review based on experience. I started smoking aged 14 and turned 48 yesterday, so a very long time. I smoked around 10-15 per day which increased to 20+ thanks to lockdown. I’ve tried many many times to quit but never got past a few weeks. On 24 May 2020, I had my last cigarette, then lay on my bed, earphones in, pressed play on the app and waited for the miracle. 45 mins later I woke up, rather confused... did I nod off? had I been hypnotised? why could I smell stale smoke? I instantly hit play for a second time and 45 mins later I came too again. For the month that followed, I avoided alcohol for the obvious reasons, but when I did eventually have a drink (or 7!) with smoking friends, I still had no desire to smoke. I remembered that I used to like it, enjoy it, love it even, but I’m thrilled that ball and chain is gone. No more wheezing, stinky clothes / breath, and plenty of spare cash to treat myself with. If I ever see Max on the street, he’s getting a great big non-social distance hug from me!!! If you REALLY want this, then you too can be free, with the added bonus of minimal weight gain. Go on, treat yourself and all those around you x
I quit smoking since the day I saw Max which was on the 4th of July. I feel liberated! Smoking feels like something I did in my past life and now I don’t even think about it . When I see ppl smoke I feel sorry for them. I tell everyone about Max Kirsten and urge them to see him. He is just amazing . Oh and my complexion ! I look 10 years younger ...

Max helped me to quit last Sept. He has a warm, friendly and non judgemental manner which immediately put me at ease. I had previously tried another well known method with no success due to poor follow up. With Max’s method you have access to support 24/7. Went to see Max to stop smoking exactly 60 days ago today. I was a real smoker from I my early teens till early 50s Tried to stop many times on my own and just couldn't do it. What Max does is give you the extra will power to get over the initial hump and really turn you into a Non Smoker. Another thing about Max is he really cares to see how you are doing after your session and follows up if he feels the need to which is so rare in the world we live into today.
