Rejected my application because of a recent change of address. This seems like a questionable choice. People often require a new bank account after a move. Customer service was not helpful and just asked me to “try again, it may work. But if it is rejected twice, we cannot offer any service to you”.

I was looking for a high interest checking account during the pandemic and I found Quontic Bank. I’ve had a good online experience and the new app has all the modern features you need. There’s a snapshot feature where you don’t have to log in to see your balance and current credit score. You get a full Vantage report along with your accounts. Very smooth and easy to navigate.

I really like the updated and refreshed mobile app! Great job in picking a new interface to migrate to. Best thing about this bank is the pay ring! It is a conversation starter when I talk to folks about it! One thing I would like to see integrated soon is debit card control. When can we expect that functionality to be enabled in the new version?

Besides some small grammatical and textual errors, a pretty good app and banking service . I do wish the app was updated more often though and I question why external transfers are enabled after 30 days. Great responsive customer service.

The app it’s self has been amazing since day1 and the customer service the best the ring it’s self is perfect 💯 I’m 5’8 I washed my hands and thought I dryer them off well I had my hand by my hip while walking and it slipped off my finger long story short it stopped working so my sure it fits well 💯💯

I love the pay ring. It’s an excellent feature that no other bank has. I use my ring constantly instead of my debit card because it gives me 1.5% back on all purchases . Also, every time I use my ring it catches the eye of future customers for Quantic. Everyone wants to know more about the ring and the bank itself. I always tell them about the bank and it’s services. I really appreciate the customer service and they are always polite and professional. I want to say, thank you for your service.

You can rename and reorder bank accounts on the website and now they show up in the same order on the app. Visually it is nicer now also.

A few years ago I deposited $500 with them but there was no intuitive way to make any deposits. Eventually, that account disappeared from my main account profile: I let it go thinking it was temporary because of the awful state of their app. As well as unable to do literally anything within the site or app. Lo and behold, I recently receive a notice that *I had ABANDONED my property?!? And that it was ONLY $482.71 now?!? So, they took my money, held onto it for years, and are kind of returning some of it now? If this isn’t a pyramid scheme, the. I don’t know what one is…
