Strength training is key to become a better climber. Quopi contains workouts with specific climbing exercises to help you get to the next level, such as hangboard protocols and full-body exercises. When the default workouts are not enough you can create custom workouts with the exact training you need.

Quopi supports many climbing and bouldering grading scales, such as YDS, French, British, V-Scale (Hueco) and Fontainebleau. An advanced conversion algorithm shows you always the routes in the scale you understand, making sure you can value achievements of your friends from anywhere in the world.
