Mistakes in the Quran text

I want to warn my fellow believers about this app, because there are mistakes in the Quran text. I was memorizing a Surah and noticed that the Hafiz does not pronounce the letters the way they are written in this app. Then I checked the same Surah in the other two authorized sources of Quran text, their text had different letters at several points. So I realized that this app has mistakes. Now I am deleting this app, I will have to go over all the other Surahs I have already memorized and try to correct them.
