App good but
The app is good, clean, fairly easy to use. But Raiffeisen needs to get Apple and Google pay in their offering, it's embarrassing not to have it as a retail bank in a financial center of Luxembourg in 2024.

Easy App to use but still no Apple Pay??!
No Aktualiséirung geet oft näischt mei
Kéen Accès méi no Aktualiséirung mat der Fehlermeldung ,, Das Quick-Login ist zur Zeit nicht verfügbar,, As nët déi éischte Kéier sou. Wann ech dann all kéiers muss op den PC goen, brauch ech keng Mobile App.
Häufiger Ausfall der App bei hohen monatlichen Kosten für Online Banking
In knapp Monaten ist es bereits das vierte Mal, dass das Online Banking nicht über die App erreichbar ist, manchmal sogar tagelang, das letzte Mal funktionnierte die App 4 Tage nicht. Man zahlt aber einen jährlichen Betrag von 130 Euro. Das sind zu hohe Kosten für einen schlechten Service am Kunden.

Et gett all puer Wochen drun geschafft an wann dWartungsarbeiten dann no Deeg färdeg sin, fonktioneiert se nawell oft nett. Schwiereg sou seng Finanzen am Bleck ze haalen an Iwwerweisungen duerch ze feiren, leider.
Quelques points à améliorer
Il n’y a toujours pas d’accès à Apple Pay alors que toutes le grandes banques au Luxembourg l’utilisent depuis longtemps… de plus les transactions prennent souvent quelques jours à s’afficher

App non fonctionnelle sur ancienne version iOS?
Très bonne app mais ne fonctionne plus sur mon téléphone tournant sur iOS 12.5.7. Est ce prévu? Quel dommage !!
