Would you like... an app that performs a meek subset of the things you'd usually do on internet banking? an app that blinds you at night for lack of dark mode? an app that says "Loading..." for almost anything you can do with it, a la 2001? Well then you've found yourself a perfectly suited app. Otherwise, you're about to be rather disappointed.

New update available and I can’t use the app til it’s done however it won’t update. It just keeps spinning the little update icon and nothing happens!!! Need to fix this now!

Needs a lot of improvement to be on par to other iOS banking apps. App hangs (constantly “Loading”) after logging in. Barely useable.

Please provide update to use on IPhone that have lower IOS 12.5.6 go to update as it is forcing me to and won’t update as your update is for those on higher IOS

Note that if you think you’ll get 4 months of “bonus interest” you won’t. It’s more like 3 months 2 weeks because they prevent you from using online banking until you receive a “digipass” via snail mail. All other banks send you a code via email or sms and your on your way. You’ll also have to verify by sending funds via a nominated account and the only way you can check if it’s been verified is to call up. Really what bank makes it soo hard to use online banking straight away? Think it’s incredibly inefficient and stupid system.

I have an iPhone 6. The app no longer works at all on my phone so I have no choice but to go online on my desktop. Exceptionally poor service from a bank. Thinking of moving my money elsewhere…

I hate using the digipass so this app serves the purpose. Although app is basic but certainly has the required stuff. Haven’t faced any issues till now. Looking at older reviews, seems app has been improved.

Seems like every time I open the RABOBANK app I am pressed to write a review - ok - so here’s my review:- The app is ‘ok’ but would be greatly improved if it ceased begging for reviews all the time!

It is not possible to make transfers to the nominated account from this app. It takes you through all the steps and then just hangs.... What’s the point of an app that can’t do what it needs to do??

The app has not worked for a year. The last update to attempt to resolve this was 5 months ago. Customer service said a new app would be released earlier in the year, but it never materialised. Clearly the bank does not have the IT resources to fix the app or have a mobile banking app at all.
