Race Day Events

Carmel 10k: I couldn’t find my family and friends’ registered until the morning of the race. I couldn’t live track anyone during the race. Our start and results didn’t load until 3 hours after the race. The app is nearly useless. I did find our results hours later, but I can get all that on the website.

Way to go Race Day Events. This app rocks! Well done all around. The runner tracking is really cool. I’m quite impressed with the functionality of this app. I think you guys put on very good events, and now with this app, I’m even more impressed. Thanks, keep up the great work.

My buddy missed his wife finishing her first marathon because the app had her finished 30 minutes before. So he ran 6 miles back to find her and she crossed the line and then he had to run 6 miles back to meet her. Shame on your gps. Should be one star but will give 2 bc my friend got exercise.

Tracking stopped working about an hour into the Madison marathon. I can’t track anyone. Still broken after reinstall.

I have to keep on deleting and reinstalling this app to get live updates. What a junk app!

Downloaded for Madison 11/14 half marathon. Gives “no participants found” when searching. Attempted to delete and re-download app. Still did not work. Searched by name, bib number, and email for multiple runners and still received the same message. Shocked an app that doesn’t work is even available after so many issues.

When your husband is in another state trying to get a PR and the stupid app does not allow you to track him, the app is worse than useless-completely infuriating! Carmel Marathon, please never see this app again!!!!

I downloaded the app to track my wife and some other friends as she ran the Carmel, IN marathon and the live tracking feature of the app never worked. I downloaded it and tried entering names to follow, but it couldn’t find anyone. I deleted the app and then reinstalled. Then I could find names to track. I came back to it right before race start and it was back to being broken. I’ve tracked runners using race apps for almost 50 marathons and never had an experience as poor as this.

Does not work, live tracking says “waiting for start” hours after race starts.

In adding runners to follow for the Carmel Marathon, the athletes that I choose to follow keep deleting. When I go back to add them, they’re not found. I have to delete the app and reinstall and the cycle happens again.
