Often does not work for me
In recent weeks, it has been very difficult to make this app work, and, even when it does, the paper can suddenly disappear. Needs improvement.
Awful
Crash crash crash, awful app. Avoid or pay through the nose for inferior content
Worst APP ever!
Incompetent system frequently fails to load the newspaper to access single purchases. Constantly having to delete app and reload to be able to purchase the edition. Occasions when the app takes your money and still fails to download the paper. Despite constantly advising them of their system failures they are unable to improve matters. Pitiful. J M Wilson
Incredibly Bad
A useless app - tries to charge £39.99 instead of £3.99 for one issue . Keeps repeating this fault ! Absolutely clueless
Price error
Yet again the price for the daily edition is set in error at £39.99 instead of £3.99. Happens to often. It’ll change back eventually
Absolute garbage
Every few months it crashes and I permanently lose all downloaded content even though my settings are on “never delete”. Seriously had enough after years of underfunding and apathy from the owners.
Latest app version still frustrating
The latest version of this app is eminently inferior to its efficient predecessor. Obviously designed for phones and not ipads, it assumes one wants to read in portrait, not landscape, mode and I have had continuous problems with the menu bar which should make navigation easier but in fact frustrates me daily. The page options offered in the bar most often only consist of "inside front cover" or "inside back cover" which means one has to scroll endlessly to find the required topic or page. The old version of the app enabled one simply to request a page number and go there directly - now you cannot. Racing Post Help say no one else has reported this issue, so why is it happening to me?
App DOES NOT WORK!
DO NOT INSTALL! The front page will open and then NOTHING! RP staff have promised updates to fix bug, but have so far done nothing. Do not waste your time.
