App works fine, Good lay-out! Have not noticed Any issues so far

This app was the best for notifications of your blackbook horses before they race and was really handy especially for spring racing carnivals, but a update was done and got about 6 months now I haven’t received one notification for any of my horses!!! Only notifications if they have won or come a place which is even more frustrating. I have emailed racing.com 5-6 times to fix the problem and not one responses!! Wouldn’t waste my time with this app especially now spring racing is on now….

One of the more recent updates made it difficult to view on a phone, as once clicked into a race, you can only see the horses names, and the “full form” and “odds” buttons/displays are off screen somewhere, possibly due to a formatting error. previous to this issue, it was a great app.

App continuously drops out. Won’t load etc.

Most recent upgrade has wrecked what was once a great app. As example horse stats now not updating and missing races, video has lost the go back 15 secs button and form is not as in depth as it was (try finding out if a horse has wet track form). What they don’t understand is this app is not used to actually bet, but their infatuation with pushing all corporates odds for this upgrade has made the user experience much worse. You need to go to the TAB or corporates to do the form properly, which then makes this app much less appealing than it once was.

Junk. Takes you to bookmaker apps within the app. Responsible gambling at its best. It is all about the money grab with this Chanel now. The on screen talent thinks it is a little better than it is and the app is now near on unusable. Take It back to how it was. There was nothing wrong with it except your money grabbing partners musnt have been getting bang for buck

Hi guys, the odds toggling is not allowing the proper display of horse performance information through the drop-down immediately above the bookie toggling option. Also, the app is barely grinding along at the moment so there appears to be some performance issues, particularly on iPad. Otherwise, best repository for racing data available.

To busy advertising for sports bet and now doesn’t allow you to see important information such as wins at track and wins on wet tracks. I have been playing pick 7 for years now all of a sudden I’m no longer eligible because sports bet now involved.
