Rad Cam: Vintage & VHS Camera

thought that i could trust it to do the bare minimum that a camera is supposed to be able to do, record, it couldn’t even do that without screwing up

I used this app (paid the subscription and all that) and it has a lot of cool features but for some reason it cuts my videos off at around 1:30 and I don’t know why. Nothing is ever stated about a certain video length. I think it is time to cancel my subscription.

i used to use this app to make anniversary videos for me and my boyfriend for a few years starting in 2018. It was $20 a year at the time, had a few bugs and issues but the product was worth it to me. Flash forward to now 2024, i redownload the app after a few years of forgetting to make the videos, to make one for our wedding. Now, the app is $5/week and is MUCH worse than ever before. I’ve never dealt with a more buggy app that isn’t free. Videos being imported upside down, final videos being glitchy with delays, and you can only use the app sideways so the interface is just horrible (that has never changed, looks the same as it did 6 years ago). If you’re gonna charge a ridiculous amount for this stupid app, you should probably think about updating it so the users are able to USE IT. I just spent the past 4 hours on a video for my wedding and the end result is the most glitchy-time skippy result i’ve ever seen. I’m very upset with the lack of CARE for an app you expect the consumer to pay so much for. UPDATE NEEDED!!!!!!!!

They just want download numbers. You can't do anything in this app without exclusively paying for their "premium", it's a digital paper weight app, no real use besides extracting money. 7/11 card skimmer mentality.

I go by PV$$YRUINXR69X on Spotify and all other major art platforms and this app is so good if you want that AESTHETIC for your art, you can get so many glitchy movies which makes anything you do look awesome and just… Rad Pony is such a vibe… all their software is so crucial for making cool stuff… I will say this, I’m glad i got a life time license years ago for $5 while you guys slept, but I would still pay $5/week as it is, im just glad I dont have to but this is the beset VHS app, other app I like for glitchy stuff isnt made by this company but I digress 10/10, this app is solid, doesn’t crash, over 6 effects, and tons of stuff you can do with stills/video and it has a built in video editor wher you can combine clips… THis is a really full featured app for this type of editing

Just got it. Won’t save. Says “Failed to save. Please try again”. I’ve tried. I’m going to delete it.

So it’s a great app and all (good for that old time vhs feel) but I cannot download my videos. It’s easy to change the date and stuff but I don’t know how to download videos without having to pay money. A bit of a ripoff but if you don’t care about saving videos I guess it’s good. Also has glitch effect (you have to tap it) and different filters. Not my thing but idk if you want to pay for premium just to download videos have fun

Would not save photos or videos to the “disk” or could share. Just record normally on your camera. Trash app.

I paid for this app back when i started using video star for edits and now they want me to pay again and when i restore it won’t work.
