Very bad Tech Support
Let me start off by saying I love the glasses and listening to music on them. Also using them as a phone is much more difficult than it needs to be. When the phone rings you have to go into your settings and reconnect the glasses to the phone so you can talk on the the glasses. I love the concept but these glasses are in some serious need of an app update. It seems Oakley has just written off these glasses which is to bad because the concept was great but they left these out in the cold and have no updates planned apparently which is very disappointing.
Tech disaster
Trying for weeks to create an account on the app to no avail. Also, incoming calls go directly to the phone and not to the Bluetooth despite the fact that they are paired. This is an Oakley problem since it works fine on all other devices. Unable to use the app, so I cannot explore options.
App is not updated
I got these glasses a year ago and now there is an error with logging in. When did the developers stop supporting the app?? It used to be a good app now they are just sunglasses with Bluetooth for music. I needed it for the training. Oakley, I am so disappointed.
Crappy App at best
App wouldn’t event let you create an account which is a prerequisite to use any of the much hyped features of these glasses. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this brick

Not able to log in to app or reset my password or create new account . Keep getting error message “unable to process try again.”
