I have been watching Max Velocity on YT who uses this software for their warnings and I was very interested in what it offered and so, I downloaded it. For the base map and features within this app, it is amazing of what it offers for this small one-off cost. Yes, that’s right, a one-off cost and no need for subscription if you prefer the basics of reflectivity, warnings etc. Also, this basic app includes: Live Webcam viewing from those running a webcam, individual radar sites to show reflectivity, so you can identify hail, rain, possible Tornadoes etc. There is a minor bug in the software for the audible Warnings that support are aware of. I emailed them and they responded within 24hrs. Now, that’s an excellent service. I really like this software. However, be mindfull, this is great on your iPad or iPhone as a base product. Now, if you would like an iOS Desktop version, there is no app for your MacBook, you would need to purchase at least, the minimum monthly/annual renewal subscription package within your iPad/iPhone device app as they have created a separate Mac O/S version. I purchased an Annual Gamma subscription, which gives me a fair amount of additional data, various maps, including looking down Satellite map of clouds, water vapour etc and best of all, you can run this software across all your desktop systems, regardless if it’s a fruit or Winblows. You might say, “I’m paying twice for the same software”. Initially, I thought that, until you see all the additional data you get even with the minimum subscription. Would I recommend this? Most certainly and worthy of 5 Stars.

I wish this radar showed the UK,
We’ve had a significant tornadoes recently here, and we don’t have any warning system in place for tornados. Tornado’s in the UK are rare but they do happen. On the 2rd november this year (2023) a tornado destroyed houses. We don’t have sirens, phone alerts or live warnings on what’s happening. We just get a tornado watch.

As another user has said, no support given to the United Kingdom which is not stated in the app write up.

Great if you don’t live in uk!
Saw this app being talked about heavily on YouTube so decided to buy it! Didn’t realise it doesn’t work in uk been sat for two days trying to get my local weather with zero results. Luckily I follow the tornado season in the USA so I’m gonna use it for that 😳

The app has good features, however they fail to tell you that when you purchase the app you need to pay even more money for certain features.

Velocities please
Great except even the base level app after paying for it is really limited. You get a nationwide radar and that’s it. I payed for it, I want at least one more option. Velocities would be amazing.
Other than that really great app with a lot of good points. I like the personalized Home Screen and I like the various alerts and outlooks you can see
