Установил приложение, ничего не подгружает. Поправьте, пожалуйста!

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
◆ "Radio PLUS" gives you access to HD quality streams*, removes Ads*, and additionally provides access extended app features: EQ, Album art, extended track info, playlist history for most stations and timer and alarm clock.
◆ In order to use the "Radio PLUS", you need to purchase an auto-renewable subscription.
◆ We provide auto-renewing subscriptions with different durations: Monthly, Yearly. "Radio PLUS" remains active with your subscription
◆ Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
◆ Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The cost depends on the selected plan.
◆ Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
◆ Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
◆ Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Пользуюсь уже второй год, удобное)
Не понятно куда обратиться
Слушаю радио давно, и примерно полгода назад купила подписку навсегда. А недавно она исчезла. Будто ничего не покупалось. Восстановить войдя под эпл айди не получается. В ВК не отвечают. Да и не знаю, помогло бы это- ведь покупка была с помощью ввода данных карты . Не понимаю, насколько это безопасно теперь. Сбой в программе?

Сделайте приложение платным, а не мудрите с этими костылями. Без подписки сделать нельзя ровным счетом ничего!

Откидывает назад
Что за дичь?! Бывает что эфир откидывает назад минут на 10 , сидишь , слушаешь повтор опять. Потом скидывается опять на прямой эфир и т.д.
Не корректно работает в наушниках Аирподс 2 про
При прослушивании в наушниках айрподс 2 про, ставишь на паузу или с паузы одинарным касанием наушника не работает. В бесплатной версии работало все прекрасно . Будильник не включается . Поправьте пожалуйста!

Вы зачем испортили приложение После разговора приложение приходится перезапускать иначе не получится чтобы музыка играла в фоновом режиме
Пользуюсь очень долго и с удовольствием )
