App launches randomly

I like this app but I’m afraid I’m going to have to delete it. On my iPhone 13 running iOS 16, this app will just randomly start playing even after being closed for hours. A bit unnerving to be in a meeting and suddenly a radio station starts blaring from your phone. The thing is when this happens the app doesn’t appear to be active. In order to stop the radio from playing I have to first relaunch the app and then close it down again. This has been happening daily.

Ever since the new update is on, there are so many commercials, even when switching from this app to another and back to this one. Terrible!
