The best radio app in Australia
I’ve tried them deleted many radio apps, this one is by far the best, free and no adds. It really is simple and straightforward to use with no hidden subscription or operating surprises. I’m only interested in local stations and it sounds awesome on my speakers at home and find the sleep function useful.
Slow when switching stations
I’m on the latest version app and it’s nice to navigate around the app etc. my only issue is when switching stations it can take up to 5 seconds for the station to load the stream. The LiSTNR app doesn’t have this issue and is much faster. If this app can load streams quickly it will be my go to app. Maybe in the next update.

Slow to Load - repeats ads
When loading up via CarPlay it is slow to load and slow to respond to touchscreen station selections. And when radio station is loaded and it starts streaming, often it will play an ad then repeat it once or twice more. I tested it against a real radio receiver and the time lag between live transmission and streaming can be more than 30 seconds at times.
Fail
Can’t even log in with a valid email address. Used to be the best radio app but now a former shell of itself. Don’t bother until they fix it.
Sky Sports Radio
Great app but once connection is lost to Sky Sports Radio I can’t re-establish. This has happened on google nest and apple iPhone app.

Can’t use the app without giving your email address. Immediate fail. App deleted.
Needs verification email, doesnt send it
Checked junk folder, tried on multiple days and it just doesnt send it. Smells like an email phishing trap to me.
