De pire en pire
J ai déjà fait une critique sur cette appli a cause des pubs…. Je tenais à m excuser.. j avais pas compris que c était une appli de pub et non de radio. Non parce que maintenant c est PUB à fond, ça en deviens pénible à souhait. Je pense que le modérateur doit bien gagner sa vie au vu de ce que l on écoute. Le prix de l abonnement est juste abusé face à deezer, spotify ou Amazon….. bref je ne conseil pas cette appli qui est de plus en plus décevante

Excessivement onéreux
Cette app coûte environ 20 euros/mois, ce qui est excessivement cher quand d’autres radios font beaucoup mieux pour beaucoup moins cher. J’ignore le but d’un tel choix stratégique, mais ça ne marchera pas.
Hanno preso i soldi nonostante non abbia acquistato
Ho scaricato questa applicazione avendo intenzione di non abbonarmi ma di usarla con la pubblicità. Tutto bene per due fino a che un giorno mi trovo prelevati dalla carta 9,90 euro a fronte di un abbonamento di questa app che non avevo richiesto. Faccio immediato reclamo ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Ergo il mio abbonamento risultava comunque arrivo, pagato ed anche la versione più cara. Il ridicolo però è che la mia applicazione continua ad essere nella versione gratuita e quindi con la pubblicità ed ogni volta che la apro mi chiede (sembra una presa in giro) se voglio abbonarmi per la cifra di 4,99 al mese!

Perché un addebito senza preavviso?
Non scaricate !!! Ho scaricato dopo il consiglio di isoradio, ma prima di scaricare non c’erano informazioni di un costo del servizio. Ho potuto solo leggere una settimana gratuita di prova (credo) e poi l’addebito immediato, con il quale avevo acquistato non so a quanto e per quanto. La cancellerò subito e cercherò di rientrare di quanto mi hanno addebitato.

scusate, vorrei un chiarimento: questa app è in abbonamento? l’applicazione sarebbe ottima ma non intenderei utilizzarla se fissa a pagamento per questo darei un 5 grazie per la risposta
