Slog and full of bugs

How can one of the biggest hotel chains in the world, launch an app that obviously haven’t been tested properly? Do you have the same quality assurance when it comes to your hotels? Do I dare eating in your restaurants? Do I need my own cleaning tools before daring to use the bathroom in my room?

Dislike your methods

I was about to look at how many points I have and the quite newly updated application force me to the application store to do a new update. I hate it! It isn’t that the application won’t work - it is the programmer that thinks it is a service to the user. Let me tell you: it is not a service when you’re out somewhere with 2G or 3G and the program to download is in MBytes.

Corporate bookings no longer visable

In the old app all my travel agent bookings showed up. Disappointingly they don’t in the new app. And even if you find it manually you cannot save it so you have to search for it every time. Similarly the old clear reward point statements have been replaced by truncated “boubles” where I cannot see the whole calculation. The old app felt old but at least it worked.

App not working properly.

Getting error messeges all the time. How hard can it be to test before launching an app.

Issues

The old Rewards app no longer works - it breaks at checkout (you cannot finish booking). This app does not allow you to choose bed type, still they claim their latest fix addressed the bed issue. Still in place... / Platinum member forced to use web again :(.
